Odds of winning vary game by game and are posted on the platform. WiseSpin can adjust prize allocations and payout odds at any time, so it's on each player to check current odds before committing coins to a game.

WiseSpin's own computer system is the official timekeeper for determining when entries and periods occur.

4.1 With Gold Coin purchases

Certain Gold Coin packages come with bonus Sweep Coins, shown before checkout. Gold Coins themselves are just for gameplay, the bonus Sweep Coins are what actually let you enter for redeemable prizes.

4.2 Social media giveaways

Occasional giveaways on WiseSpin's social channels come with their own entry rules and Sweep Coin amounts, otherwise these Official Rules still apply.

4.3 Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): free mail-in option

One free Sweep Coin per day, via a mail-in request. The steps:

• Limit of one AMOE request per participant, per day.
• While logged in, click "Get AMOE Code" and complete the form with your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and account email.
• Print the generated barcode, affix it to a postcard, and mail it first-class to the address below.
• Requests must be mailed exactly as instructed, no copies or reproductions accepted; WiseSpin isn't responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
• One barcode per postcard. Valid requests are reviewed and credited with 1 Sweep Coin within 5 to 10 days.

Rollover & expiration: unused reward Sweep Coins expire after 60 days without login activity. Winnings earned using them, though, roll into your regular balance and don't expire on that clock.

Coins from AMOE carry the same odds and redemption rights as any other Sweep Coins, but must be played at least once before redemption is honored. WiseSpin can change or discontinue this program anytime, without notice.

Playing with Sweep Coins

Only games played in Sweep Coins mode can produce redeemable prizes. Coins have no real-world value outside the platform and can't be bought, sold, or transferred except through WiseSpin's own redemption process, and coins must be played at least once (sometimes more) before a redemption request is honored.

Verification & processing

Before redeeming, you may need to pass a KYC check, government ID, SSN confirmation, proof of address, matching your account info exactly. Requests are only processed on business days (Mon to Fri, excluding holidays).

Fees, taxes & other conditions

• Reasonable handling fees may apply and will be disclosed before finalizing redemption.
• You're solely responsible for any taxes on redeemed prizes or unredeemed balances.
• Bots, scripts, and multiple accounts are strictly forbidden, violators risk account closure and forfeiting coins.
• WiseSpin can substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value; prizes can't be swapped or cashed out outside official channels.
• WiseSpin has final say over game administration, winner validation, and prize distribution.

Entering means you agree to the Terms of Use, these Official Rules, and accept WiseSpin's decisions as final. You also release WiseSpin and everyone tied to it (the "Released Parties") from liability for anything connected to your entry, gameplay, or prize use, including IP or privacy claims, and you agree to cover their legal costs if a third-party claim arises from your participation or a Terms violation.

By accepting a prize, winners grant WiseSpin a free, worldwide license to use their name, photo, and statements for promotion across any media, with no extra compensation beyond the prize itself, and no override where local law restricts such publicity use.

WiseSpin can cancel, pause, or modify the sweepstakes at its discretion if fraud, technical failure, or other disruptions occur. Tampering with entries or the system (hacking, bots, disruptive behavior) leads to disqualification and possibly legal action. Not enforcing a rule once doesn't waive WiseSpin's right to enforce it later, and any changes are posted publicly; continuing to play after that means you accept them.

Any dispute tied to these Rules or your participation goes exclusively to binding arbitration, per Section 15 of the Terms of Use, which means entering waives your right to a jury trial or to join a class action. This is a condition of entry, not an optional add-on.

Entering creates a binding legal agreement between you and WiseSpin, these Rules, the Terms of Use, and any related instructions make up the entire agreement. If any part of the Rules is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and WiseSpin not enforcing something once doesn't waive its right to enforce it going forward.
